How long is construction expected to take?
The developer anticipates site enablement, construction, interior finishing, landscaping to occur over the next 24 – 30 months with completion targeted for Spring 2028.
Will the Bellevue Gardens Shopping Plaza remain open during construction?
ABSOLUTELY! Throughout construction, flaggers and/or police detail will be onsite when necessary to ensure safe access/egress for both pedestrians, retail traffic, parking clients and construction vehicles.
How will the project benefit Bellevue Avenue?
The Bellevue Hotel brings new investment, high-quality design, enhanced landscaping, and improved property maintenance to the Bellevue Garden Retail Plaza. How are trees and open space being addressed?
The project team recognizes the importance of trees and landscape features to Bellevue Avenue’s character and environmental health. While several trees require removal during the construction phase, nearly twenty (20) additional trees are planned to be added resulting in a net positive.

Community engagement has been an important part of the development process. For nearly two years, residents have been noticed/encouraged to attend public meetings, review project materials, and provide feedback through the established review channels. Transparency and integrity have been the guiding principles since project conception. The developer has complied with all regulations, ordinances and processes and has obtained all required approvals.
